Old Codd Green Glass Bottle with Rubber Ring and Marble

Old Cobb or Cobb-Neck green glass bottle with rubber ring and marble. Embossed on the front is a language foreign to me with a bird in the center. There is also foreign writing on the lower part of the bottle and the word Victory.

This is probably an antique, not vintage, but since I cannot read the writing I cannot say one way or the other for sure. Although, by looking closely at the marble and its condition I would lean toward antique.
